Hi!
When I try to connect to the server with my WANIP:80, nothing happens.
I've forwarded port 80,
fixed the firewall, but I still can't connect.

I'm not sure if this falls under the scope of the loopback issue.
Try using a proxy service to test access by the outside world.
http://proxify.com
If it doesn't work, it could be your modem or your ISP. Some ISP's block port 80. If so, try port 8080 or 2000 or something.

Changed to port 8080, and it works now!

| Well, I have been trying different things all day and it will still not allow me to view my index.html. And when I place the index.html files in my htdocs, it seems not to make any difference, it still says it cannot connect, and I did try the afformentioned suggestion about editting my windows files. |

Can you access it using http://127.0.0.1 ?
