The Linker has written an awesome tutorial on installing awstats on Windows... I vote it very good... Incase installing Web Alizer proves trouble you might wish to check it out at awstats - http://awstats.sourceforge.net/
The Linker has his guide posted in the tutorials forums. Incase you look into it... It does require Perl to run but The Linker makes it easy... Good luck :)
