There are loads of sites on google that have tutorials but I couldnt recommend one. Sorry.

I have looked in google but none of the tutorials I've managed to find are apparently in english (lol) I need something that I can actually understand. Don't get me wrong I'm not an Idiot I'v learned html, php, and all about web servers, without ever picking up a book. But this is one is new to me and I'm just having a hard time finding a tutorial I can follow. So Any help would be appreciated.

I dont think Bind for Windows XP exists. I think its a Linux only thing.
