Yes it is possible. If your console port is 9999, then you can access your console using http://<your IP>:9999 or http://<your host name>:9999.
Of course, substitute <your IP> or <your host name> with the correct value corresponding to your case.

I have no problem accessing my server from another computer, but I can't access the console.
I followed the instructions (IP number:9999), but no connection occurs.
Anyone had the same problem? How was it solved?
My OS is Windows XP. |

Check if there is a firewall blocking incoming connections to port 9999.
