I need smart troubleshooting and able associates

This project is open to Windows users mostly but if you're on another
OS and have technical interest please read this...

I wish to work on a project... I know some people here are able to
help... I will allow access through password to my Intranet... It
involves high priority networking (no technic babble, simply
teamwork)...

You do not have to be efficient in programming anything... You should
just be able to install Abyss Web Server with your eyes closed and
have no problems installing required active languages such as php and
perl...

I need people who can out-source their resources (know how to conduct
a search, know where to find information)... If you're interested
