Hi, My name is Robert Maloney and I use a Dell Latitude. I am thinking on switching to MacBook Pro15". I have an external LaCie d2 Extreme 250Gb HDD wich is formatted NTFS.
Does Apple "see" NTFS?(as far as I know it only uses FAT32). Then how can I transfer the content of the external haddrive then if it doesn't? Robert Maloney
Thanks in advance!

I am pretty sure it does not support NTFS. What you can do is take the files off of it and store them on other computers temporarly, format the drive, and then just put the files back. Try burning them to a dvd _________________
