I was just wondering iz it possible do have custom 403 error messages ??

yes, all error pages can be customised. Simply make you page, and goto console --> server config --> advanced --> custom error pages, and press add and fill out the boxes. The path is relative to htdocs, so abyss/htdocs/errors/403.html should be entered as /errors/403.html
