HI guys,

I am using a simple php file to output to my LED sign using the shell_exec command. The file is on a repeating loop to keep the sign updated.

When I use the php-win.exe command to run the script every minute a cmd.exe box pops up while the script executes.

This is really annoying, are there any parameters to precent the shell cmd box opening?

Or is there a way to tell php5 which shell to use as I have found 'quiety_run.exe' which could be a replacement.

Thanks for any info

Paul

Easy. Create another user for them or run it as Administrator instead of your local login :-) I had the same problem and figure it out eventually.
