phpadmin password protect faild

my server port set to 1024
go with 127.0.0.1:1024/phpadmin
it will ask for username and password

but when go to 127.0.0.1/phpadmin
no Restricted Area! message.

my phpadmin config.inc.php already set to 127.0.0.1:1024/phpadmin
but also can open the side with port 80 without username and pass..?

and i set abyss as windows service (port 80)
after restart pc it will say 80 error.should set to 1024
2nd shutdow pc and open ,it will say 1024 error,and go back to 80
and then 80error ,should go back to 1024
why always like this?
i just want server run at port 80
what wrong with my server???

It seems that you're running two copies of Abyss Web Server at the same time. If Abyss Web Server is running as a service, do not start it from the Start menu again. It is already there in the background and will reply to any URL and the console will be available too.
