Abyss can only send a maximum of two outbounds ?

I have several files on my server. But all of my users complain that they can only download two files at the same time. I go to server configuration but see no option on that matter. Is this a fixed built-in configuration or how can I fix it ?

Just increase the Maximum Simultaneous Requests in your control panel...
