| I have setup a subdomain under a host and I am trying to get it to display a thankyou page. I cannot see the page and when I type in the http:// address it gives me a 404 error page. Is there a simple step that I am missing? Thanks in advance. |

Did you setup the subdomain in your domain registrar or just in the Abyss console?
If through the domain registrar, it can take up to 24 hrs (or more) for it to propagate.
If just through the Abyss console, you have to do the above as well.
That's all I can tell you without knowing more info. ;) |

Go to the command prompt and ping your subdomain. Check if the IP address is correct. If it is, then your Abyss config needs to be corrected.
