When trying to view the webpages I've set-up on my server (via the computer's IP), I get an Error 403: Access Forbidden message. I've tried looking for other posts on the forum but to no avail (or none that were made within the last 5 or so years), and the recent posts with a similar error haven't helped. This problem persists when I try to view the pages on another computer, but I'm almost certain this isn't a LAN issue.
I'm thinking it may be an issue with permissions, but I don't know where since everything is located outside of a user account, and the user account I used to create the server and pages is the Administrator account for the computer.
I am using an older spare computer, which is running Windows Vista SP2. Any advice is welcome. |
