Hi,
I want to achieve the following:
I have a website (www.pc3.nl) which is hosted on a server. This always worked fine with X1.
On the same server I want to host some small websites, for a webdesign course. So I purchased X2.
Now I want www.pc3.nl (or 10.0.0.xxx, from inside the LAN) to lead to the original root document on the server.
I want www.pc3.nl/website1 (or 10.0.0.xxx/website1) to lead to a new document root "website1", with its own /cgi-bin directory etc.
And this goes on to ~website40.
So I declared a host http://*.*/!website* which leads to the original document root. This however does not work, the original website is not to be seen.
I also declared a 2nd host http://*.*/website1 which leads to the "website1" directory. This does not work either.
How can I achieve this?
Thanks for your help in advance.
With regards,
