Hey I am having a serious problem with getting onto my Abyss, even from my own computer. Whenever I put my IP. into my web server it asks for my login details, but even if I provide them correctly it just waits a second then asks me again. It doesn't say incorrect password combination or anything like that. I have even tried changing my login details through the abyss.conf file. It's reall frustrating and makes me feel like an absolute idiot! If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong or can give me any advice I'd be extremely grateful! |

I'm not 100% sure without looking at your config file, but one solution I can think of is case-sensitivity. I believe the console is case sensitive, so make sure you type capitals and lowercase where you did originally.
If you don't remember the case you typed them in, try clearing the password (if you don't know exactly how, look around the site). And re-create it.
Alternatively, there may be an option to only access the console through SSL (if there is, I'm not sure). But if this is the case, try being on the server and using https://localhost:9999 instead. _________________ Audit the secure configuration of your server headers! |
