|
|
I have just had to re-install the pre-configured php5 package and now i cannot get the php-cgi.exe to execute when its called from Abyss.
Ive gone to a .php url on my server with Abyss powering it and nothing loads up.
When i call a php file through Abyss it should execute as normal and show the php-cgi.exe as loaded in the process list in Windows, but it doesnt.
Ive checked and re-done the php settings in Abyss console and all paths are fine.
Its got me baffled, and i dont want to have to re-install Abyss as it takes a long time to re do all the settings. One last thing, ive executed the php-cgi.exe manually and it runs fine, no errors.
Any help here would be appreciated. |

Are you sure the directory didn't change?
Like, C:\Program Files\PHP4
upon reinstall:
C:\Program Files\PHP5
...
You might want to find the path to your new PHP installation, and php-cgi.exe and verify that Abyss's configuration reflects that. _________________ Audit the secure configuration of your server headers! |

Abyss won't just "not" execute php. There has to be a reason. The most common is misconfiguration. Try following the tutorial on abyssunderground to make sure you didn't miss anything. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)
