Abyss has nothing to do with compatability of scripts such as MediaWiki as it is just the web server. The compatability comes from the PHP and MySQL setup you have.
But in short, MediaWiki will work with Abyss.

MediaWiki only requires PHP and MySQL. So it will work with Abyss Web Server if you install PHP support and if you install a MySQL database.
