Hi,
My ISP has decided to block port 80.
How can I redirect, port 80 to port 8080?
Please:
1) not No-IP.com soluction;
2) not mydomain.com:8080 soluction.

Hello Francisco,
This isn't possible because the browser uses port 80 for all websites. You would have to tell the browser which port the server is on if it's not on the default port.
Sorry, but you cannot hide the port at the end of the URL. You could try a URL Forwarding. Just add an A record for the www2.your-site.com subdomain, and use
your main website address to forward to that subdomain like the example below.
Example: URL Forwarding
http://www.your-site.com -> http://www2.your-site.com:8080/
