I'm curious if all these accounts are the same person, are they? If so, why have so many accounts?

They're different members of the Aprelium team but they all have access to them if needed. I beleive they have different accounts so they're not abused. EG Aprelium is used instead of admin for posts so they can't be accidently deleted or moved etc. Aprelium-beta is probably a member of the team who handles beta issues. Admin is just the main account.
These are pure educational guesses however, so I could be wrong.

We confirm AbyssUnderground's guess.
"admin" is mainly used for administration purposes and for answering meta-questions about the forum.
"aprelium-beta" is used to handle all Beta testing related messages/announces/discussions.
Anything else is handled by "aprelium" which is the main voice of the company on that forum.
Depending on our workload and on our availability, the persons behind these nicknames may differ but they are always members of the company staff.
