Please explain the problem you face clearly. We cannot guess what's going wrong with what you want to install. _________________ Support Team

I had major problems configuring ImageMagick but if you get it up and running on a windows system and could be nice enough to write a guide on it, I would surely appreciate it.
I ended up falling back onto php's native support for GD in order to get my Gallery to display thumbnails, etc...
I hope the best in your task. Good luck :) _________________ Victor B. Gonzalez

The easiest I found to setup was GD2 because php has native support for it. You simply go into the php.ini file and switch it on.
The only bad thing about GD so far is it cannot create .GIF thumbnails but it does a few of the major ones surprisingly well.
I would suggest to continue trying to get ImageMagick to work but if the unability to create .GIF thumbnails do not bother you much you can simply do the following within your php.ini file to get thumbnails going.
I am using the sourcecode .zip... Go in and find the following line
;extension=php_gd2.dll
uncomment the line by removing the preceding ";" so your line will now look like this...
extension=php_gd2.dll
Also make sure the path to "php_gd2.dll" is correct... For example it might be in the extensions folder so if it is your final line could look like this...
extension=extensions/php_gd2.dll
Well, that should be it... Now 4images should be working on GD native support. Just make sure to say to 4images you are using GD support.
Also their is .GIF support at the GD site but I havent implemented it yet...
PS. If you get it working let me know. Theirs a switch inside 4images that'll make your thumbnails looks better. Good luck :) _________________ Victor B. Gonzalez

I am not sure I understand your last reply. Did GD work without any problems? Are you continuing to find a solution for ImageMagick? I hope you get it up and running soon :) _________________ Victor B. Gonzalez
