But, is possibble to not shwo the link on server the numebr of port, for example:
instaed
http:/127.0.0.1/99999/ecccc...
i would have
http:/127.0.0.1/eccccccc...

End if i would want to use the fixed ip? how to know this? |

ahhhhhhhhh....
I have in a my old C:\Inetpub\wwwroot various script, how to set in this directory to the new Abyss server?
and if i would want to run an ASP script the Abyss server run correctly? |

If Abyss Web Server is configured to use port 80, the URL does not need to have the port in it:
http://www.myhost.com:80/test is equivalent to http://www.myhost.com/test only. If the port Abyss Web Server listens to is not 80, the port number must be in the URL. _________________ Support Team
