Hi,
When I downloaded skype today, I switched it on and started my abyss webserver.
But Abyss gave me a listening error. I thought this was just an error, which could come around several more times, but in fact the error was caused by Skype (what I noticed when I closed Skype).
Why is this? |

Skype also uses port 80. If you start Abyss before Skype, both will still work properly. As to why Skype needs port 80, I don't know. _________________ Olly |

Works :)
Thanks. |

To avoid future port conflicts...
In Skype, go to Tools > Options > Connection to configure the ports used.
You should use a port above 1024 that isn't being used. |

Nah, port 80 is just fine for me, I normally do start Abyss first, while it's the first program I click on on windows start :P.. so. |
