i want to limit a user to log in
but i cant test at my own pc....
who can test for me.
just see can log in or not
can download or not,
and the speed
because my sisitem is old pentium 4 ,sd ram

I'm testing it now.
I'm downloading the file 6680_RM-36_dp_v_7[1][1].00_MCUSW4.050434_EURO.exe 21735 KB
It's downloading at 29.6 KB per second, which should take about 12 minutes

Downstream 46.8 Kbps ( = 0.0 Mbps )
Upstream 165.8 Kbps ( = 0.2 Mbps )

You cannot get your connection any faster as you are already using the maximum possible on your current connection. You maybe able to increase the upload/download speeds by upgrading your broadband connection package.
For normal web hosting that speed is fine.

i want to change it to 3xx kb,<--can this be more faster?
