Windows XP is an NT technology based OS, this is why you see this error message.
php.ini needs to either be in your Windows directory (C:/WINDOWS) or you're php directory (C:/PHP) in your case.
The IIS (Microsoft Webserver) might be running without you're knowledge , are you running XP Pro? _________________ Olly |

I guess he must have helped you then as it worked. If you wouldn't mind telling us, what was the problem, so people in the future will be able to solve the problem as well. _________________ Olly |

Yeah, the problem was that he downloaded the PHP Installer version, which
does not come with the PHP extensions required for MySQL to run properly.
The problem is fixed, he should have confirmed it, or me. :/ |
