Hi, I would like to know if Abyss Web Server supports mutiple "virtual" sites as defined by dyndns.com in the link below.

Yes. Abyss X2 (the paid for version) supports this natively.
Abyss X1 will require you to use a script - search the forum for 'virtual host' for more information...

Of couse, this script isn't as good as the built-in virtual host in X2. I think you should buy X2, it's worth it!

I am now running 6 full time sites using the first Abyss version software.
I have a dynamic IP address which changes every 5 days.
The sites have port address within the 8000 to 9000 range. All sites are on the same hard drive and work just fine.
4 of my site have a WWW. address and the other two are not.
