I have added the ip address *.*.*.* in the access list for the console page, but the onlyway i can access the console is through a annonymous proxy :S
Does any one have any ideas?

Adding *.*.*.* to the access list for the console page means that you allow access to any computer (you even out * only, it has the same effect).
What are the locations you have tried accessing from (except that anonymous proxy) and that reported connection failure? What was the exact error message? (it would be error 403 if the console denied the access based on the access rules).

I have tried from school, and i think it is their proxy.it gives a connection timed out error.

You school will be blocking ports other than 80. Thats the problem.

They dont block the following ports:
80 or 25 *lol*
i think they might not block 8002, as their internet security runs on that port, so i am going to try that :D
EDIT: Nope 8002 does not work :S

Install a script such as NPH_proxy and configure it to allow loopback access (127.0.0.1). With it you can browse the console from the web site.

i know how to use google, but its not good wehn you are @ skool late and your schools it guy has somthing against you, and he finds you on wareaz sites :S

Feel free to follow the Google link I posted which demonstrated that the FIRST RESULT was the proxy script he requested. None of the results in that first page are warez sites. Hence, learn to use Google.

In the proxy, you should browse http://127.0.0.1:9999 (all is done in the proxy relatively to the computer on which it runs).
