Currently you're machine can only be identified using an IP number... It ranges anywhere between 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255 and anything above 192.168.0.0 on one from the public world can access. Below that number except for 127.0.0.1 the entire world can access...
Your IP can not be turned into a name such as www. but using either one of the following services should be able to help you out.
http://dyndns.org
http://no-ip.com
Signing up with the service for free will give you a name for your IP... Instead of giving someone 125.121.93.6 you can give them instead http://www.yourname.dnsalias.com or http://www.yourname.no-ip.com
The services also track dynamic IP addresses and are one the major reasons they hit the mainstream...
