I have a domain, and I'm using dynamic DNS through DNS Exit. What I want to know is how to setup a sub-domain (ie http://sub.mydomain.net). Ideally, this sub-domain would simply point to another folder on my system, either under the main web root of Abyss or a separate one. Is this possible? Or is it it the same category as multiple domains?

Yes it is. Use the workaround in the "Tutorials" section.

PS: Setting up a subdomain happens with your DNS provider, not Abyss.
