Okay, so I installed it and everything, and my local page works just fine, but I just can't seem to get it to work online. I use http://24.21.196.131:8080/ as the url, and I already allowed incoming ports for 8080. I run on a wireless router (my computer's the one with the wireless card) and I don't use a proxy server for my LAN. What else could it be?

Yes I run a firewall. I often keep it off though, and I checked with it off, still doesn't work.

My win xp firewall is always disabled.

I tryedthat port # also, but then I setup 8000 on me ip address and set the rounter to 8000 8010 and don't forget to set the computer's ip address to the one that is hosting abyss (192.168.1.3 or what ever the ip is)

You say all Firewall is off. Can you try connecting from LAN by another PC? If you cannot, I would still assume your Firewall or some kind of tools is preventing from connecting.

You may need to uninstall that firewall instead of disable. Sometime it very stubborn.
Try again with the LAN IP of your Abyss box.
