Read the link I posted :/ It tells you exactly what to do. It's under Applications and Gaming. DDNS is dynamic DNS updates. |

My guess would be that your ISP blocks port 80. Change the port in Abyss to some random one, and then change the port that you forwarded in your router to the same one in Abyss. Then, type yourip:yourport to get your website. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

You didn't forward any ports? Well that's why it isn't working! We've told you to forward port 80 in your router--now read the posts above and do it. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

The start address is 80, and the end address is 80. If you want to forward ports 80 through 85, then you enter 80 to start and 85 to end. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Change the Abyss port to 21208, and forward start 21208 and end 21208. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Yes it does--you just changed the wrong port. When I go there, I see the prompt to access the Abyss Console. Change that port back to :9999, and go into the Abyss console and change it from port 80 to port 21208. Then, it will work. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

This is from your routers setup page from what I understand other
users when they enter your address , they won't see that all they will
see is your website , you may have to use localhost since your behind
a router , their might be a work around but I have no idea how to fix
this , Does this help solve the problem ?
Note: When I typed that IP , I see something
that says "Hasbani Web Server" 403 Forbidden ! |

Ok, let me clarify. When you type that in, you get a login prompt for your router. When others type it in, they get an "Access Forbidden" becuase they are not on your local network. TRUSTpunk: My guess would be that the router's web server is being displayed.
Now, you need to find the login details for your router, and then follow the tutorial at the beginning of the thread. Some tips for finding it are: visiting the router manufacturer's web page, calling your ISP, and guessing different combinations of "admin," "password," et cetera. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Yeh that is what I get if i ignore the log in "Hasbani Web Server" 403 Forbidden. I am not using Hasbani web server I am using Abyss so it must be the router's web server. I am going to disconect the Router and see what I get will be right back

"HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden
Connection: close
Server: WindWeb/1.0.2
Date: THU JAN 01 15:08:38 1970
Content-Type: text/html
WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="Home Gateway""
Looking at the "Home Gateway," I don't know what it quite is, but I would say find the log in details for your router. Once you get that, follow the guide. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Hi
I have the router disconected and only one computer direct to the modem now I am wondering if it might be the modem which is a "Vision Net". I have no ideal how to get at that setup to configure it. Any Ideals.

First, get your internal IP one more time (when connected directly to the modem).
Second, how many ports does the modem have? _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Look around for port forwarding or virtual servers. Just use some logic to figure it out... or provide a couple screen shots. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

nice tip
nobody can see my site except me
here is my domain name: www.justpenny.com

you would see my site if you'll enter ip into your browser but if you'll enter my domain name then you won't what is the problem?

You need to associate your domain name with your IP. Go to www.zoneedit.com and they will tell you how. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Hey, do u think i can associate my domain with my IP address and port.
like
www.justpenny.com and 24.184.249.229:420
Because, my friend's ISP blocks port 80. |

Yeah , if you need to map YourIP:420 to www.justpenny.com then
create a redirect pointing to the server IP Address and cloak it. Later! |

You must use ZoneEdit's WebForwarding feature, you cannot use a normal A Record. Fill it out as TRUSTpunk said. _________________ Bienvenidos! |
