I have a proxy server which allows you to test your website and the setting is simple! just go to tools and internet options then click connections and then if you use direct connection or connection other than router click your default connection and then click settings then click use proxy server and type in web26.hopto.org and the port is 8080 and if you use router then go to lan settings then do the following easy steps!

Great proxy ;( I don't think I'd want you knowing where my site was anyway... |

Yes, it doesn't work.
What proxy program are you using?
Also, if you're thinking of running a proxy service, you better have a nice internet connection.
