Bad ender, bad.
Any person should know that you do not mix RED AND ORANGE, why? becase they make a color, and are very ugly combined.
The banner just throws the whole thing off, the template is alright but the banner is just,... you need to re-do it in an orange type of color, instead of red.
Otherwise it looks fine to me (Cept for that ugly green banner below XD!!)

now now child the green banner below is a sig as you may have noticed its athere to show my recent work *cough*not an insult here*cough * and i dont see ur site in working condition lol. and i dont have a fear of using layers on photoshop. plus red and orange do go together and i have lots of proof to it take stroll through deviant art and look at some of the stuff there m8.

Hmm... Looks good. I like the desine on the banner, seeing as I wouldn't have too much of an idea as how to make that in photoshop. The borders are nice, but I don't like the font on the banner too much.
Overall, 7 out of 10.

lol dreamweaver mx mind you :) also i am planning on making some color changes cause some other people have given me a comment or 2 on it.
