I get the message , This port is already used by another application.
When trying to set another port by autodetect, the port number is incremented by 1, after restart the same message appears and the port number is back to the original.
I am running Norton firewall, but this still happens even with Norton disabled.

I have read the messages here and it appears that another user had the same problem after upgrading. He was advised to un-install and re-install.

This is a new install, but I have tried the same thing, no luck.

After 2 hours of playing I have run out of ideas and patience.
Help please.

What is the full error message you get? Is is related to the console port or the web port?
If it is the console port, try using a high value (20000 or 30000) for example.

This is the web port. When I try to change it refuses and returns to the original number.

What is the Operating System you use? Don't you have some software (ad blocker/firewall/Antivirus) that prevent Abyss from using these ports?
