You'll have to install your own mailserver on your computer and your computer must be 24/24 online. Besides, you'll have to buy a domain name and to make it point to your computer IP.

Check your mailserver can auto detect and find your ISP DNS or any DNS.

Set the following for your router:
POP3 = 110
SMTP = 25
Forward this above port to your LAN IP where mailserver is on.

Set the following for your Domain Register:
Make a subname call mail.
Enther your Static IP to contact your Server.
Use MX or MXE for record.

Set your mail client POP3/SMTP as mail.YourDomainName.com
You should now receiving and sending mail.

You are set.

domain name from GoDaddy.com

Free dns service from ZoneEdit.com

Free WebServer : Abyss (rocks)

Free SMTP/POP3/WebMail Server : SurgeMail (netwinsite.com)

I haven't figured out the webmail stuff yet but settingup the SMTP/POP3 stuff was easy...

Sorry for late post... Had too many project going on.

For WebMail, you will need to find out where your mail is locate / folder where it store the mail. Setup your Domain Name to point to your mailserver and it port and it folder where it store the mail.
For example:
http://ipaddress:port/mail/
Or
http://ipaddress:port/mail/login.html

Configur or setup your Domain Name by making another subhostname like Webmail and point to > http://ipaddress:port/mail < or accordingly to the folder where you login.
