WOW! THANKS SO MUCH AXIS! I CHANGED THE USR/BIN THING TO THE PATH OF M YPERL EXECUTABLE, AND IT WORKS! Thanks SO MUCH! Sorry for the All-Caps, but its necessary.

| All I can tell you is that an HTTP Code 200 means that the server returned absolutely no data. The other guys here can help you out as to how to fix it... |

And if you're php.ini SMTP settings are set to "localhost" you must also find a good SMTP server to download. I suggest QK SMTP server. Google it.
