I forgot to reach out and touch the ISP through the default gateway...when their router knew my url everything went back to normal.

| It configured to the IP and that is the same as I had it before accept addressing numbers were different of course |

| I just switched to a new static IP address, everthing is properly configured, now the Abyss Server is giving 500 errors and Gateway timeouts and php content is very slow and loads fully sometimes but ... |
