It ought to be the same with a pc as with a tv. With a tv (crt) it's the dust gattering in it that poses the risc. The thicker layer the bigger risc.

Nope. The result was copied. That's what it said.

Just to brag a little...i did a speed test against a swedish server.

DL = 7.88 Mbit/s - TCP ; 8.10 Mbit/s - UDP
UL = 4.35 Mbit/s - TCP ; 7.49 M ...

Hmm...maybe you have missed the fact that you have to access them thru the server to get action?
If one should just doubleclick directly on the file, your scenario would happen.

Use http://127.0.0.1:8000 as prefix and first open IE and connect to the same URL then test the connection in Drea ...
