I've read about the loopback stuff, my router used to work, I don't have a loopback option in my setup menu.

So I don't know why it would've worked since October, and now, just stop.

my site is accessable to everyone but my local computers.

no, even if my IP had changed it wouldn't let me view it at that IP locally, I don't view it through 'localhost' or http://127.0.0.1

there is a program called QK SMTP Server you can run it right on your computer and it will send emails directly, good stuff
