I disconnected the router, connected directly to my cable modem, rebooted, and checked ipconfig.exe - my ip address is reported as 10.0.18.96
my ip reported from internet reporting sites gives 65.1 ... |

I am using a cable modem
my router reports my wan ip as 10.0.18.104
my reported ip from various internet sites is 65.164.22x.xxx
does this mean that my isp is using some crazy proxy setup?
