Yes, the router is giving them a WAN ip that is the same. The wan ip is not the same one that i got from my ISP. The 2 pc's have different local ip's.

Ok, i tried opening ports on my router(port forwarding)....no luck...and many people have tried to help. I have no clue why this isnt working :x

Hmmm, ok. I'v tried port forwarding..the problem is that both PC's have the same internet IP.
