It is indeed a PHP page, so I presume it is, as you suggested, the time taken to load the interpreter.

Is there any way I can keep it active after the last time I have used ...

Please could you tell me if it is possible to display a custom page to a visitor whose IP address has been banned, instead of just the standard "Error 403- Forbidden" page?

I have since found out that the problem is indeed with browsers which are based on Android's WebKit implementation.
