Yes and it has to be because there are no other Opcode cachers that are specifically made for windows. All the others are linux ports that don't use native windows features so they dont give the best ...

Are the precompiled packages using VC9 compiler and non-thread safe?

I ask because in order to use Wincache it needs the above.

P.S. Wincache is the best opcode cache for use in Windows.

Yes all my sites are on AWS. Each subdomain has its own virtual host. The error pages on the subdomains work fine, but this host for some odd reason stopped displaying them.
