USB Webserver is a terrible webserver.

You're wrong: USB Webserver is NOT a webserver. It's only a (great) tool to put your website on a USB-stick. That's all ...

With such a setting, the USB drive will work on any computer regardless of the drive letter assigned to it by Windows.

Where did you buy your SSL-certificate?
The tutorial you used generate a test SSL-certificate to test your STunnel configuration. It's now working, I quess :D

Abyss and STunnel are working nice on my server with SSL ...

My Abyss installed on C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\

My Abyss Root server: D:\webserver\
with index.html:

<hea ...

All problems gone!
It's working now. Great!

I de-encrypted my xxxxx.key:
openssl rsa -in xxxxx.key -out new.key

and changed stunnel.conf:
key = new.key

Done!
(no need to make 1 stunnel.pe ...

I have 3 files. My stunnel.conf configuration:

1. CAfile = xxxxx.ca-bundle
2. cert = xxxxx.crt
3. key = xxxxx.key (encrypted RSA-key)

STunnel is stopped by Windows ...
