This is not related to the web server. Domain name registration should be done with a domain name registrar (typically a company or an organization). Some charge for money, some not. Have a look on ...

I installed MySQL. But the green light is not there. Its showing a red light instead.

I just reinstalled Abyss.

Thats what I did. But it still showed my old username when asking for my password.

Ok, I erased the login and password lines. But when I try accessing my Console it still shows my login name and still asks for my password.

When I try running MySQL it makes my computer go real slow, and the green light never comes on.

If a Static IP is an IP that never changes, then I have a Static IP. And I dont have a router.
