Does IP's look like local one. Which means you will only be able to see them from your own computer or network. Go to www.aprelium.com/ip and get your external ip.

Maybe your ISP blocks those ports, try using something else.

You will have to open port 80 (or whatever port your using) and point it to your local ip address. So when people connect they will be sent to your computer where the web server is.

This usally occurs when IIS is installed (Microsoft Web Server). Uninstall it from the control panel and try again.

Coldfusion is nothing to do with the web server. Once you have the right scripts you should be able to access your databases.
