Do you have a firewall or router? also is your IP address static or dymantec? it sounds like you just need to configure your router/firewall to allow people in.

all I have is environment, start check, server, my.ini setup, err file, varibles, process, databases, and report. I dont see anything of what you said in any of those tabs

can you access it using your internal (private, network) IP address?

if you can't you need to check the settings of your firewall.
