My ISP said they don't block any ports.
Still having the problem though.

As I said before it's doing the exact same thing regardless of the Hub being in the loop or not.
When I unplug the hub "http://192.168.0.5:9998" brings up the site for me, but "http://192.168.0.1" ... |
