I followed the directions to what I believe to be a "T" and when I try to access http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin/ I get a directory of files in that folder instead of the phpmyadmin panel. Any ideas?
And my PHP and mySQL versions seem to be synced up and working properly.

Add "index.php" to the index files.
