please help.
i want to set ftp upload and download speed limit.
but,how to know ,how much kb i have to set?

According to: adslguide.uk
You have about 20.4 KB/s total upload speed in Kilobytes. Now you can divide
the total by how many Kilobytes you want your server to use. :-)
Kilobits to Kilobyte is:
163.0 Kbps/8 Bytes = 20.375 (About 20.4 KB/s)
