I have no idea how to use my sql and i read all the instrucions and searched google for some help but couldn't find any.

There is plenty of resources available about SQL (the language) and how to use MySQL (the database) with PHP. You can start by reading some tutorials about MySQL and PHP: http://www.google.com/search?rls=en&q=PHP+MySQL+tutorial .
