First Question is that I need an ISP based loaclly in Asutralia with an upload speed of at least 128 or higher around the price of $40 or less monthly so I can host my own site. =)
Second question, Whats with HT on CPUS?
What is it?

I reales that but what difference does it make is it a new way of the cpu proccessing more at a time? |
